Who we are and what this covers

Altiras Pay ("Altiras Pay", "we", "us") operates the platform at merchant360.ai: the Cliq Agent Desk used by sales partners and staff, and the My Altiras Account used by businesses applying for payment processing through us. This policy describes what personal information the platform collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Altiras Pay is a merchant sales agency. We are not a bank, an acquiring bank, a payment processor, or an underwriting institution. We prepare merchant files and submit them to acquiring banks and processors for their independent underwriting and decision.

Information we collect

• Account information: email, and if you provide them, name and mobile number. Google sign-in shares name, email, and profile picture only.
• Partner registration: details you enter after sign-in. Identity document, tax form, and partner agreement are requested when you first submit a merchant application, not at sign-up.
• Merchant application information and documents you upload or send through a document-request link. We never collect full payment card numbers.
• Activity records: calls logged, messages sent, meetings booked, documents requested and uploaded, and referral links visited. Notes carry no weight in compensation.
• Technical information on referral and upload links: browser type and referring page. We do not use advertising cookies; session cookies keep you signed in.

How we use it

• To run the platform and show you your pipeline, applications, or file.
• To prepare and submit merchant files to acquiring banks and processors.
• To attribute merchant relationships and calculate partner compensation according to each partner agreement.
• To verify identity and tax status of partners before they submit applications, as our bank and processor partners require.
• To send service communications about your account or file — not marketing from this dataset.
• To keep the platform secure and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

• Acquiring banks and payment processors, when a merchant file is submitted.
• The partner working a merchant's file, who can see stage and what is still needed — not underwriting reasons, risk assessments, compliance findings, or the documents themselves.
• Service providers that host the platform (Supabase, Render, and Google sign-in if you choose it).
• Professional advisers and authorities when the law requires it.

Information from Google

If you sign in with Google, our use of information from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. We use it to create and sign you into your account and to show your name on your profile.
