What we are

Altiras Pay is a merchant sales agency that connects merchants with acquiring banks and payment processors. We assist with file preparation and submit each application for independent underwriting. We are not a bank, acquiring bank, payment processor, or underwriting institution. We do not make account approval decisions.

The platform's assistant, Piper, helps find and present information. It does not decide applications, set prices, or predict outcomes.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older. Keep credentials private and use the second sign-in factor when the platform requires one. One person, one account. Registering makes you a registered partner; it does not itself create a right to compensation. Joining is free. Nobody is compensated for enrolling another partner.

Partners

Attribution is decided from recorded work — calls, messages, meetings, documents, referral links — not from notes or claims. Before you submit a merchant's application we will ask you to verify identity, provide a tax form, and sign your Partner Agreement. You may see stage and what is still needed. You may not see underwriting reasons, risk assessments, compliance findings, or merchant documents. Do not promise approval or quote terms that have not been approved for quoting. Do not describe Altiras Pay as a bank or processor.

Merchants and documents

Submitting an application authorizes us to share it with acquiring banks and processors. Do not send full payment card numbers through the platform. A document-request link is for the merchant; anyone holding it can upload until it expires or is revoked — do not forward it.
