- Owner government ID, ownership and formation documents, EIN letter
- Voided check or bank letter and recent bank statements
- Processing statements if you have processed cards before
- Terms, privacy, refund, responsible-gaming and official rules
- Age and geo controls, KYC / AML procedures, payout and redemption flow
- A legal opinion — or the state licenses that authorize your model
