Aviation & private charter
Payment onboarding for aviation and private charter — only the questions that fit your role.
How it works for your business
Your aviation business type decides which questions and documents appear: a broker never gets an operator checklist, and an FBO never gets charter questions.
High tickets and payments taken before the flight are normal in aviation; underwriting will ask how far ahead customers pay and who holds the funds.
Eligibility. Merchant360 organizes your application and documents. Cliq and its sponsor / acquiring partners make every underwriting, compliance and approval decision, including merchant category, reserves and activation. Nothing in this portal is an approval or a confirmation that an operation is legally authorized.

Preparation tips
- Have your customer contract and cancellation/refund terms ready.
- Know who contracts with the customer, who receives the funds and when operators are paid.
- Average ticket, largest ticket and days between payment and flight.
Tips help you prepare; they are not underwriting requirements.
Questions
I’m a broker, not an operator. Is that okay?
Yes — brokers have their own path. You will describe your relationship with the operators who fly your trips.
Who approves my account?
The processing partner and its sponsor bank. Nothing on this site is an approval.
