Gaming underwriting depends on what your customer actually pays for, whether chance or skill decides the outcome, whether anything of value can be won or redeemed, and where players are located.

Eligibility. Eligibility depends on your specific gaming model, the jurisdictions you operate in, licenses where required, legal review, and underwriting approval. Nothing in this portal is an approval or a determination that a gaming model is lawful.

Processing statements are added only if you have taken cards before. A license that expressly authorizes your model can replace the legal opinion.

Preparation tips
- Have your terms, privacy, refund and responsible-gaming policies live on your website.
- Know exactly which states you allow and block, and how you enforce it.
- Be ready to describe how money flows: purchases, credits, prizes, payouts and refunds.

Questions
Does having a landing page mean my model is approved?
No. Eligibility depends on your model, jurisdictions, licenses where required, legal review and the processor’s underwriting.
Do I need a legal opinion?
Many gaming models do. Licensed models may use their licenses instead. The checklist shows what applies to your model.
